Dr Christoph Weber

Dr Christoph Weber specialises in the restructuring of companies in near-crisis situations. The primary focus of his work is advising and restructuring companies in self-administration and insolvency, for example, by means of insolvency plan proceedings. In addition, he advises entrepreneurs and companies on the implementation of restructuring procedures according to StaRUG. His expertise also includes transferred restructuring (asset deals), as part of the M&A processes. Furthermore, Dr Weber advises creditors and insolvency administrators with regard to contesting insolvency and on the need to file for insolvency, including its consequences. Investors and start-ups, in particular, are among his clients.
