Preliminary insolvency administration ordered for AluGlasBau Eberswalde

Frankfurt(Oder)/Potsdam, 15 June 2018 By order of Local Court of Frankfurt Oder of 12 June 2018, preliminary insolvency administration has been ordered for the assets of AluGlasBau Eberswalde GmbH. The restructuring expert Christian Graf Brockdorff of the law firm BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR in Potsdam was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator. AluGlasBau Eberswalde GmbH manufactures windows, doors, conservatories and roofs made of aluminium. It employs 10 people and has extensive experience in aluminium processing.

Lawyer Christian Graf Brockdorff and his staff have already been able to gain an initial overview of the company’s situation and have high hopes that restructuring is possible. Business operations will continue without restriction until further notice. The remuneration of the employees is secured by the so-called insolvency money.
