Reusch has been working in the field of insolvency law for more than 19 years. She has many years of experience in the procedural representation of insolvency administrators and the enforcement of insolvency-specific claims as well as in advising and representing managing directors and debtors. As a lawyer, her current focus is on supporting insolvency administrators in the continuation of companies from various economic sectors, corporate transactions by way of restructuring through asset sales to an SPV as well as in the implementation of insolvency plans in both regular and self-administration proceedings.
