Dr. Rouven Quick has worked for more than 10 years as a lawyer in the field of insolvency and restructuring. He specializes in advising companies in economical crisis and their recovery under debtor in possession. Furthermore, Rouven extensively practices in litigation, especially in the fields of contestation and director’s liability. He is also an expert in insolvency plans, distressed M&A and drafting of contracts.
