Stephan Kolmann works in the restructuring business since 2001. In this context, he also takes over management positions to continue and finalize a restructuring in court proceedings, e.g. by means of an insolvency plan, or for liquidations. Further core areas include legal advice on acquisitions (distressed M&A) as well as defending avoidance claims and defending claims against members of the executive/supervisory board or against shareholders, regularly including cross-border impacts.
