Georg Schloenbach has been working in the field of insolvency administration as well as restructuring for about 10 years. As a lawyer, he specialises in operating insolvent entities of various industries and sizes both in insolvency administration and self-administration proceedings. In this context, he drafts the reorganisation and restructuring of the entities, in particular by transferred restructuring (asset purschase agreement (also) using a SPV) as well as in the implementation of insolvency plans. In addition, Mr. Schloenbach advises corporate bodies in self-administration proceedings. Since 2019, he has been listed as an insolvency administrator at northern German district courts.
