Dr. Georg Hüllen has been admitted to the bar for more than 20 years and since then has been active in the fields of insolvency law, corporate law and employment law. He advises and represents companies and their representative bodies in the field of pre-judicial restructuring as well as in judicial insolvency and self-administration proceedings, especially in consideration of the framework conditions of labour law. In addition, he is very familiar - also forensically - with both the enforcement and the defence of insolvency-specific claims.
