Hans Beyer has for many years advised companies in difficult situations both outside and within the course of ongoing insolvency proceedings, self-administration and protective shield proceedings, often by using the benefits of an insolvency plan. Moreover, he regularly advises creditors, banks, managing directors, managing and supervisory board members in respect of their day-to-day work and even more in the event a crisis is imminent or has occurred. Furthermore, he accompanies M&A-transactions both for potential investors and sellers, especially in crisis situations. In the field of litigation he represents clients in court proceedings.
