Holger Gutezeit LL.M. has been active in the field of commercial and insolvency law for almost 20 years. He has many years of experience in the field of litigation and specialises, in particular, in management liability risk, stakeholders and fund investors. Corporate law disputes is another of his primary areas of expertise and chambers of commerce, therefore, regularly appoint him as the special representative (litigator) of companies in dispute resolution processes. In addition, Mr Gutezeit advises clients on measures for overcoming corporate crises and avoiding insolvency. He also specializes in supporting domestic and foreign creditors in insolvency proceedings and representing them vis-à-vis insolvency administrators.
