Katja Machatschek has worked in insolvency law, insolvency administration and in reorganisation and restructuring for over 25 years. Before joining BBL she worked in various regional law firms with a focus on insolvency administration and advice on reorganisation and restructuring. She specialises in identifying and enforcing insolvency-specific claims, including litigation for insolvency administrators and defending against these claims both in and out of court.
