Nicole Riedemann has been dealing in the insolvency sector for over 12 years. Since 2011 she is admitted to the German bar. Being an expert in insolvency contestation matters, Nicole successfully represents insolvency administrators as well as creditors in in-court and out-court proceedings. She advises national and international companies on cross-border issues related to insolvency law. A further focus is on real estate law, in particular the interface to insolvency law and commercial rental law and property law.
