Dr. Simone Wernicke has worked for 18 years in the field of employment law, in particular in connection with restructurings of companies both within and outside of insolvency proceedings. She is a recognized and experienced advisor regarding staff reductions as well as changes to business operations and business transfers. Moreover, she also actively represents the interests of her clients in court.
