Tobias Wartemann has been working as a lawyer in the field of insolvency law for more than 10 years. His focus is on supporting insolvency administrators in handling insolvency proceedings primarily of legal entities in the context of regular insolvency proceedings as well as self-administrations. He has many years of experience in restructuring companies through asset sales to an SPV and insolvency plans, also in the context of group insolvencies.
